                      returns quilt
in. x 99 in.)

"The dictionary defines myriad as 'composed of numerous diverse elements or facets' and I think that is a perfect description of this quilt.  It is composed of numerous fabrics with images of plants, animals, and geometric designs.  The 'Storm at Sea' pattern design is relatively complex and, with close study, various quilting designs emerge, including shapes of different shells and many feather wreaths.  The applique border is based on an ancient wave design.  The quilt is machine pieced and heavily hand quilted."
