For the Cocheco Guild’s 2003 Challenge we were given 4 fabrics to use in a quilt no bigger than 24 inches square and allowed to add no more than 5 additional fabrics. The colors suggested autumn and leaves and I had been wanting to create a quilt with a tree in it so this was my chance. Entirely hand appliqued, embroidered, and quilted.
